Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society – Senior Adult Day Centre

PICS Senior Day Centre is a service designed for South Asian Seniors who are physically or emotionally disabled, living at home, and are provided for by their loved ones. Services offered include recreation and socialization opportunities, meals and refreshments, and health services and personal care. For more information please call or visit our website.

Brella, Formerly Seniors Come Share Society Day Program

Brella, Formerly Seniors Come Share Society’s Day Programs for Older Adults provide meaningful and purposeful programs customized to the needs of the clients, while providing ongoing support to caregivers. These programs are designed to assist individuals who require some support to remain independent in the community. The programs offer a wide range of therapeutic programming as well as hot lunches, transportation by Handy-DART (within the area) and access to professional supports such as nursing, and a bathing program. The programs are open to all individuals who qualify under the Home Health regulations or on a private-pay basis.

Day Program hours are Monday – Saturday 8:30am to 3:30pm.
