What is the Tech Buddies Program?
The Digital Literacy & Tech Buddies program offers basic tech tutorials, which also includes lessons on IPads, tablets, computers, laptops, smart phones and overall features of social media. The “Tech Buddies” are available to meet you at the closest Surrey library or the South Surrey Brella location.
Having trouble with phone/internet plans?
If you find yourself struggling to decipher your phone plan, Telus, Shaw, or Rogers bill, or simply feel uncertain about your charges, Tech Buddies are here to assist you. Sign up for an appointment, and bring along all your documents—we'll simplify the details for you and ensure you have a clearer understanding of your expenses. Your peace of mind is our priority.
Computer Cleaning
Wondering how to safely clean your computer without risking any damage? Leave it to us! We offer basic cleaning services for a range of devices, including laptops, cell phones, keyboards, and more. Simply bring in your device, and we'll ensure it's thoroughly and safely cleaned to keep it in pristine condition.

Become a Tech Buddy!
Becoming a volunteer connects you to seniors in your community needing technology support. Your volunteer hours can be used on your work/school resumes and adds hours to graduation requirements.
We need help with:
Learning social media
Making and sending emails
Recovering or changing passwords
Data transfer to new phones
Cleaning devices
Basic computer lessons
