Canadian Council of the Blind

Provides information and referral, individual and group peer support, recreation programs, advocacy, and a newsletter for individuals with blindness or severe vision impairment. Local chapters offer recreational activities, and community education & involvement.


CNIB - Canadian National Institute for the Blind

CNIB provides educational and counseling services to blind, visually impaired and deaf-blind persons. Services are free of charge. Mandatory referral from an eye doctor.
